Built in 1800, this hotel is spread over a 6 floor main building and a 3-floor annex building with altogether 50 rooms. Guests may make use of the foyer with 24-hour reception desk and hotel safe.     Medici was a lovely hotel really close to the Centre of Florence. We stayed on the 6th floor and the view from the balcony was Incredible.

    Being July, it was hot hot hot and there was no airconditioning unit. Just a Fan. Because our room was on the 6th floor, there was people always on the balcony admiring the view and there was no window, so we had to have our doors shut to sleep and it made it incredibly hot overnight!
