so sorry to tell you but it was a total nightmare we got to hotel at 1500 hrs only to be told room was not ready and come back in 1600 hrs which we did then was told no room was available and was transfered to florida nortes which was 25 mins walk from centre of madrid and my partner is awaiting knee operation i booked this hotel about 2 months ago and noticed the price of rooms was 400 euros a night so thats why there was no rooms you should not use this hotel anymore as i would be very reluctant to use your company again
