Location is so good in the center of Florance. Internet was not good in the rooms. Elevator was out of service for two days!Room was not good.

Although this hotel is quite nice and well located, I had a very unpleasant stay. A silver ring and some toilet articles disappeared from my room during my absence and the director doubted that I was telling the truth and was extremely rude. I went to the police and made a complaint. Finally, one of the employees admitted that he had thrown my things away because the room was so orderly that he thought I had already left. Still, and although I believed their version of the facts, the director accepted to pay for the toilet articles but refused to pay for my ring (a mere 70 euros), and the employee had to assume this responsibility. Instead, the director changed me to another room without consulting my opinion saying that it was a better room (it wasnt: the only difference regarding the first one was that the bed was a bit larger) and said that I should ask a refund of 30 euros where I had bought my stay. I find this unacceptable and will never return to this hotel and advise people never to set foot there.
