    Not a 4- star hotel. Very poor breakfast for NH hotels . Not a typical example for NH quality.

    The only good points was the location, next to Belvedere Palace and really close to the downtown area (using the tram nearby). Also, the spa facilities were really good (sauna and steamer) and the temperature of the hotel, which was satisfying.

    The service at the reception was one of the most disappointing ever experienced, with receptionists unwilling and in a bad mood during our whole stay.

    In the room there is no kettle and when I asked one, we were given a rusty one inside. Tragic! Of course, we asked for another one.

    In the bathroom, the stand for the shower was broken and we had to wait for 2 days to have it fixed. We had shower at the spa bathroom fortunately.

    Last but not least, the breakfast was empty since 9 o' clock. (It finishes at 11 on the weekdays). They barely refilled something. At any case, you had to ask to refill something, which was really embarrassing.

    There is little respect to the customer at this hotel. We couldn't find relaxation and high quality of service, as we had imagined. The hotel needs renovation , not only in the rooms, but also on their mindset regarding the comfort of the visitor.
