    We have been at this hotel for the past 10 years which p;roves we liked it very much. Staff very friendly.

    But our visit recently on the 22nd November was very a different occasion because a complete change of staff and chefs/

    Food not upto scratch, not the same choices of meals and cold as usual. Its about time that someone has produced a unit that holds the food to be hot. But it will not deter me from another visit.

    We have stayed at the Levante Club and Spa several years now/

    Staff and cleanliness very good. Near to shops and bars if needed.

    The only criticism I have is that the food was bot very hot and I used the

    microwave to heat up. On mentioning this to the restaurant manager

    his comment was if the food is not hot enough for you, use the microwave?

    which was not the answer I was expecting. Christmas in hotels is very expensive

    and this situation should not happen. Someone by now should have invented a

    product that keeps food hot. So if anyone is reading this that is clever enough

    please get inventing.

    We were really impressed with the facilities. We paid £75pp for 3 nights and we didn't know what we would get for our money. When you think of a hotel in the uk, you wouldn't get 1 night for that. The breakfast was brilliant, full selection of fried foods, pastries, cereals, juice, tea and coffee, breads, cheeses, meats etc. the drinks were so reasonable at 8 euro a bottle of wine. the staff were great and accommodated us with everything that was asked of them. They came up and helped with a faulty hairdryer - that turned out to be working but we didn't know how to use it! they made restaurant reservations and recomendations for us and called us taxis. Great value for money. the spa was 10 euros to use and it was sparse but still very good condition and something to fill the afternoon.

    Nice hotel desperately needs refurbishing very poor food bar products cheapest u can get.
